- From time to time products can be deleted and The Carpet & Tile Gallery holds no responsibility in regards to a manufacturer’s decision to delete a product, however we will endeavor to find a replacement product to your satisfaction.
- A 50% deposit is required upon acceptance of the proposal and a signature on our signup sheet before any product can be ordered.

- Upon signing the customer order form, the customer is responsible for making sure all the correct information in regards to the order of product/s is true and correct. This includes manufacturer, product name, colour, trims, pull up,disposal, floor preparation,underlay and also specific areas for the project.
