Terms and Conditions

    1. The prices on our proposal to you are valid for 90 days, after which they may be subject to change.
    2. All prices on our proposals are subject to the applicable goods & services tax (GST) at the time of supply.
    3. Prices offered are on the basis of the total package of product being supplied and any variation to quantity, or product deletion, may require re- quoting.
    4. Any product returns may be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 20%.
    5. Any product found to have a manufactures fault will be inspected by the manufacture and approval must be given before any product will be returned.
    6. From time to time products can be deleted and The Carpet & Tile Gallery holds no responsibility in regards to a manufacturer’s decision to delete a product, however we will endeavor to find a replacement product to your satisfaction.
    7. A 50% deposit is required upon acceptance of the proposal and a signature on our signup sheet before any product can be ordered.
    8. The balance of your invoice is to be paid upon completion of installation.
    9. Supply only orders must be paid for in full before collection.
    10. All care will be taken on installing your new product/s, but paint touch ups may be required(by owner) because of the nature of installing with particular tools and products that are not optional. For further information please speak to a customer service representative.
    11. Upon signing the customer order form, the customer is responsible for making sure all the correct information in regards to the order of product/s is true and correct. This includes manufacturer, product name, colour, trims, pull up,disposal, floor preparation,underlay and also specific areas for the project.

    The customer acknowledges that:

    (a) any request by the customer for a cancellation of order for goods is in the sole discretion of The Carpet & Tile Gallery and The Carpet & Tile Gallery may decline to accept the cancellation for any reason whatsoever and without assigning the reasons therefore;

    (b) should The Carpet & Tile Gallery accept any cancellation, the customer will pay and The Carpet & Tile Gallery the cancellation fees then derived at by our pricing schedule or by the manufacturer’s return policy schedule.

    (c) cancellation of roll cut length or sample order will generally not be accepted after goods have been manufactured, cut or assembled provided that The Carpet & Tile Gallery may as a condition of acceptance of such cancellation, require payment in addition to cancellation fees, of such extra charges, losses or expenses incurred by The Carpet & tile Gallery in association with the cancellation of such order/s.
